 Who can sell?

 Any registered user who has reached of majority can offer the goods for sale. Users independently bear responsibility for a guardian's consent availability for such activities when it is stipulated by the laws of the country – residence of the Site user, wishing to place the offers in the «OXIMA-homemade» Crafts Fair.

 What can you sell?

  You can place in the «OXIMA-Crafts Fair»:

-          Handiworks if you have created them personally (or you are able to create within a certain period of time the «OXIMA-homemade» Site order), or if you have the rights to sell these products (for example, they are created on your request);

-          Author's charts and designes (sketches) if you have created them personally and their distribution does not infringe upon author's or other rights of third parties;

-          Surpluses of materials and supplies for creativity, crafts and the needle works which are your own, in case you are not the sales representative of any of the companies making or realizing the similar goods;

-          The equipment and accessories to creativity, crafts and needlework which you make personally.

How to place my ad in the Crafts Fair?

 In the order to post your work in the catalogue it is necessary to be authorized on a site http://craft.oxima-homemade.com (or to be registered). After that you enter “OXIMA-Crafts Fair” (for example, through the Site main menu) and click the link «Submit Ad». Further you simply fill in all given forms  and attach files with photos. Press "OK" button. A new ad appears immediatelly.

How many of my items can be simultaneously free of charge placed in the Crafts Fair?

 There are 30 products (for a period of 120 days) that you can place by the free of charge way in the Crafts Fair as products conventional quantity. In the Crafts Fair it is possible to attach about five photos to the description of each of goods. The quantity of the products free of charge placed in the Crafts Fair can be increased personally for you in following cases:

-          At placing of your author's materials on «OXIMA-homemade» (publications, master classes, lessons etc.) managers increase your limit by 10 items in the Crafts Fair for each publication, but no more than 150 items in the Crafts Fair. If your material is unique and granted exclusively for «OXIMA-homemade», or contains especially valuable information for visitors (the description of new technologies, detailed step-by-step managements, thematic directories etc.) managers of the Crafts Fair have the right to make the decision on removal of any restrictions on products placed by you in the Crafts Fair quantity, and also on other bonuses.

-          In case of your links to «OXIMA-homemade»  placing on your personal site or on other thematic resources and social networks, in quality of gratitude for our project popularization, the Crafts Fair admin will increase your placed products limit in a position for each link (for 3 positions for the link on the resource home page).  For this you’ll need to send a letter to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it indicating web pages where links to «OXIMA-homemade» are. The Crafts Fair directory has checking this information takes the decision to increase your limit, and you will be notified on this by the way of e-mail, you specified at your registration.  If there are more than 50 references to «OXIMA-homemade» posted on, the Crafts Fair directory cancel goods you place quantity limit - you can place any number of items in the Crafts Fair. All above mentioned in this paragraph is valid as long as you post links to «OXIMA-homemade» on third-party resources.

-          Goods you place limit can be increased by the decision of the Crafts Fair directory on any number of units as an attendance or victory in the competitions held on «OXIMA- homemade» incentive prize.

  How do I know that there is a buyer or a customer on my product?

  On the Crafts Fair page with your product besides the description of the product itself there is a link   “Reply to this posting"- a reference to your email address. Thus, the buyer or customer is linked directly with you, and you co-ordinate all the conditions of your transaction.  

    How do I get my money from the buyer?

 The most optimal your product payment way you choose by yourself, together with the buyer. It can be payment via one of electronic payment systems (e.g., Pay Pal), money order, bank transfer, check or payment by credit card. 

 Whether I should pay any installments or fees from my product sale?

 No, you should pay nothing. If you receive any notice of necessity to make any payments in favor of «OXIMA-homemade» for your product sale, you must immediately notify the site administrators, as it may be fraud.

 In the product description there is a reference «Reply to this posting» with which help you can send the seller of this item the letter.

  How can I get information about the seller?

 If the seller is professionally engaged in sales via «OXIMA-homemade», then, in the discription of item in Crafts Fair you can see a  "Owner" button. By clicking this button you can find the page with the seller profile, his information about himself and other useful information.

 How do I pay my purchase to the seller?

You choose the most convenient method of goods payment independently together with the seller. It may be a payment using one of electronic payment systems, money order, bank transfer, check or credit card.

Should I pay any fees or charges to «OXIMA-homemade» when making my purchase?
